Mogherini in Moscow: EU does not recognize Crimea annexation

The European Union does not recognize the annexation in Crimea and hopes for the full implementation of the Minsk Agreements, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said at a joint press conference in Moscow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov Monday, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
