The new Gotovo! service center for provision of administrative services, located near the Pecherska metro station in Kyiv, will open in a test mode by the end of July 2016, the initiator of setting up the center, First Deputy Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Lev Partskhaladze has said.
"I think it will open by the end of July, but first it needs to work in a test mode to get practice. It is very good it will be a holiday period, because the staff should gain experience," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
According to him, the Gotovo! document service is based on a municipal enterprise and after opening will be able to provide about 100 administrative services, including registration, architectural and construction, land and migration.
"They make up about 80% of all administrative services. We cannot provide certain services, they are limited by law, but we plan in future to develop as much directions as possible," he said.
He added it is planned by the end of 2016 to increase the capacity of the center for customer service to 2,000 people a day and in future to 3,000-4,000 people a day. Thus, the service center will be able to serve about one million people per year, providing about one-third of the annual volume of all administrative services in Kyiv and Kyiv region.
