Poland's Consitutional Tribunal rules against government

Poland's Constitutional Tribunal ruled Wednesday that the law modifying its own composition and functionning was unconstitutional. The law passed in December was one of the reasons why the European Commission launched a rule of law monitoring procedure. The Polish government said in advance it would not recognise the tribunal's decision.
