American border control systems arrived in Ukraine

The equipment automatically detects movement of people, vehicles and vessels on the border

The USA handed over to Ukraine #border_control_systems, informs Radio Liberty.

The equipment helps automatically detect movement of people, vehicles and vessels on the border and minimize the human factor, explains one of the organizers of the project, member of the US Congress Loretta Sanchez.  

With such an equipment Ukrainian State Border Service will have an opportunity to efficiently control the border, Head of Ukroboronprom Roman Romanov told the journalists.

He added that the borderline is ready for the arrival of American border control systems, which is why they will be set up in no time. Systems, arriving first will be installed on maritime border of Ukraine.

Loretta Sanches assures that Washington highly estimates skills of Ukrainian experts in adopting US technologies. Therefore the USA will focus on trainings and sharing experience and technologies with Ukrainian professionals.

“We have been observing how NATO-states and European countries develop their skills. We have added Ukraine to the list of these countries, assuming that it has a huge potential in manufacturing short-range cruise missiles for the needs of all European states. I see prospects in Ukraine-US cooperation concerning particular element of the military sector”, - Sanchez pointed out.
