President Petro Poroshenko signed Law № 786-VIII, which approves the decision
of the Head of State of November 6, 2015 “On Admission of the Units of the
Armed Forces of Foreign States to the Territory of Ukraine for the
Participation in Multinational Training”.
Under respective Decree of the President of November 6, 2015 № 626/2015,
the units of the U.S. Armed Forces, other NATO countries and
states-participants of the PfP program shall be permitted to enter the
territory of our state to participate in multinational exercises in November –
December 2015 for the period of up to 61 days (up to 2500 servicemen with
armament and military equipment).
The law was adopted pursuant to procedures established by the
Constitution of Ukraine. It shall enter into force on the day of its
publication.
