By the end of the next week, the Parliament should adopt all the draft laws necessary for the implementation of technical conditions for the provision of the visa-free regime with the EU for Ukraine

President Petro Poroshenko urged the MPs to consolidate efforts and adopt the draft laws required for the implementation of technical conditions of the Plan of Actions for the provision of the visa-free regime with the EU for Ukrainian citizens.

The Head of State reminded that the Parliament had to consider 13 draft laws. Currently, only 4 of them have been adopted. "There will be no visa-free regime, unless they are adopted. The final term is November 9," the President said in the interview with Ukrainian TV channels.

"Everyone should do their job. Unless we unite and demonstrate efficiency today, we will have nobody to blame except ourselves," Petro Poroshenko said.

The President reminded that one of the key conditions for the visa-free regime was the abolition of parliamentary and judicial immunity. This issue hasn't been considered yet.

At the same time, he noted that as Head of State, he had done everything necessary. "I was responsible for ensuring that all 28 EU member-states will make a political decision and guarantee visa-free regime for Ukraine in case of fulfilling technical conditions," he said.

According to Petro Poroshenko, Ukraine has proved that even in war conditions, it doesn't pose a threat of refugees' inflow in Europe, for it has a responsible attitude to its IDPs.

The Head of State informed that he would have a phone conversation with President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker on the visa-free regime soon.
