Interactive DB "Applications for Marks for Goods and Services Accepted for Examination"

From 21 August, the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine (DSIV) on its official website offers on-line access to information on trademark applications, which will be updated daily.

This will allow rights holders to track timely submitted applications that may violate their intellectual property rights and unfair not to allow registration of trade marks by filing objections.
