Court of Justice of the European Union: Pregnant workers may be dismissed on grounds of a collective redundancy (PDF)
In such cases, the employer must provide the dismissed pregnant worker with the reasonsjustifying the redundancy as well as the objective criteria chosen to identify the workers to be dismissed
