What’s Your Problem? The Differences Between AI and Analytics
You’ve probably heard about the two trendy “A” words of legal technology: analytics and artificial intelligence. But for all the talk, there is still vast confusion about the differences between AI and analytics and why you might choose one or the other (or both) to support your legal practice. A recent New York Times piece
talks about the two technologies interchangeably
, and I have sat on dozens of panels where so-called experts regularly confuse the technologies.
