Washington state leads fight for healthcare

After repeated failures by Republicans in Congress to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA), President Donald Trump seems to have taken matters into his own hands, chipping away at key provisions of the legislation in what has widely been characterized as sabotage.
