Poroshenko signs law on ratification of two protocols to European Convention on Human Rights
"The president signed the law on ratification of the 15th and 16th protocols to the European Convention on Human Rights! This is an important document that clearly regulates the state's obligations to the European Court of Human Rights and details the rules for filing lawsuits with the European Court of Human Rights. The Supreme Court of Ukraine is also becoming the body which can appeal to the ECHR to interprete the Convention," Ariev wrote on Facebook on Monday.
