Odessa pilot project to be rolled out nationally (Bench marking?)
On 26th October Minister for Social Policy Andrei Reva was in Odessa visiting a pilot project run from what will be a centralised City Administration – the building and its acquisition
subject to NABU investigation
notwithstanding.
On the first floor, with effect from 2nd September, a pilot project was launched in Odessa relating to integrated social services. (Who knew?)
The centre is
apparently a central node
for the provision of integrated social services, administrative services, and for the requests and applications of citizens (which presumably don’t fall within the remit administrative services). A central node for a multitude of local constituency issues.
