President is tired of his presidency. Not in the physical sense, of course. It's all right. Obama sings and dances just fine. I mean mental fatigue of Obama.
It has consequences. There are boredom, loss of
interest, apathy and indifference covered by light veil of intellectual vanity.
All this has an impact on the quality of
solutions.
The vacuum of power does not exist. Where there is no
United States there will be Russia or China. Obama's desire to small efforts
leads to more negative results.
The behavior of Obama as the global guru makes an impression
on the audience. No doubt. But the real world of politics where the relics of
colonialism still alive expects other signals and actions.
