Ukrainian patriots used this opportunity,” the Head of State said.
Petro Poroshenko emphasized
that it had provided an opportunity to postpone regular mobilization and reduce
its volume in 2016. In case it is necessary, it will be held only once in 2016,
as stated by the President.
“If there is no escalation in
the east, we will demobilize the 4th and the 5th waves of mobilization and
substitute them by contractors,” the Head of State said.
