The Government abolishes an invoice statement when buying and selling cars. Another corruption scheme will become history

Citizens of Ukraine will be able to buy or sell a motor vehicle avoiding invoice statements to have the car registered: "Another corruption scheme will become history," Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said at a Government meeting on Wednesday, November 18.
Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that the value of a reference makes up 29hryvnias, however merchants were selling it to the citizens on the average at 1.5 thousand hryvnias.
The Head of Government stressed that about 80 thousand vehicles are registered monthly. Thus, the sellers line their own pockets with the sum worth about UAH 118 million as a month’s earning.
Now, in the process of buying or selling a vehicle a seller and a purchaser should sign a notarized contract or a stock contract.

"Hence, the citizens of Ukraine will be able to buy or sell motor vehicles not losing an extra thousand or one-and-half thousand hryvnias, which were picked from their pockets", - said Yatsenyuk.
