The legislative act determines organizational and legal principles in the field of e-commerce in

Ukraine, establishes the order of electronic transactions using information and telecommunication systems and defines the rights and obligations of parties to relations in the field of electronic commerce.

The law regulates legal relations in the field of e-commerce during the commission of electronic transactions and determine the order of electronic transactions and more.
