Unfortunately, the level of execution of court decisions in Ukraine is very low. This is an unfortunate statistic that is today. If we compare with the European Union, the level of performance we have - 20%, and this figure is scanty, "- said Petrenko.
According to him, the reason for this low level of execution of court decisions is of bureaucracy, corruption, as well as unmotivated public performers. In addition, the Minister added that the Ministry of Justice plans to introduce a system of private bailiffs.
