Ukrainian Parliament has exempted full-time students and teachers of universities from military draft during mobilization.
The bill was passed by receiving 266 MPs votes in favor.
Graduate and doctorate full-time students, full-time scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees who have a scientific rank and / or an advanced degree and are working at the universities, research institutions and organizations have been also exempted from military draft during mobilization.
