Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration and Deputy Secretary of State of the United States signed a memorandum. The United States will help Odessa region in reforming customs, administrative services and the provision of free legal services volunteers. On the signing of the first memorandum, at a single Ukrainian region, was attended by police officers from the US state of California, who train new Odessa patrol. Police officers from the US say it reminds them a Southern California. Deputy John Kerry, Bill Brownfield, stressed at the press conference that Washington fully supports the onslaught of anti-corruption in Odessa.
