The President signed Law № 321-VIII of April 9, 2015
"On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Concerning Credit
Obligations".
The draft law is designed to meet the
requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Moratorium on Alienation of
Property of Citizens Ukraine Provided as Collateral for Loans in Foreign
Currency". The law regulates a number of issues related to the repayment of
debt denominated in foreign currency and provides taxpayers some tax
preferences.
