Lease of land now can be issued without corruption

Beginning April 1, the lease of agricultural land can be registered at any notary.

This was announced by Justice Minister Pavel Petrenko in the air "First National".

"Since yesterday, all Ukrainian notaries - public and private, are connected to the registry of the Ministry of Justice, can perform the same function for registration of leases of agricultural land, as the state registrar. You can come to any notary of your district, because we laid the principle of extraterritoriality, and without waiting in line to register the lease of agricultural land, "- said Petrenko.

According to the minister, the fee for this service will be standard, according to the state tax.

"That is, you do not need to go to the registration service, where long queues and you require a bribe, you go to the notary and registration are doing this. This is 1 million contracts a year. I hope that the nearly 8,000 notaries cope with this task and will be removed everyday corruption ", - said Petrenko.

At the same time, the Minister expressed the hope that by June will be a law by which all function Registration Service will be transferred to local authorities and notaries.

He also announced that this week will work a special electronic service on the website of Ministry of Justice, where no queues online you can get all the help that provide registrars.
