Benefits and Ideas of Human Relationships in Business Management

Human relationships are the set of rules, principles and techniques for people to establish better relationships with each other. It is the degree of acceptance, sympathy and maturity that we reflect towards others. Without a doubt, a very important aspect within the business organization.

What do good human relationships allow us?

They allow us to increase the good understanding between the work teams through effective communication considering the individual differences, generating satisfactory relationships and achieving the realization and happiness of the individual creating a harmonious work environment. The companies that follow this model tend to be more competitive, it is here that it is necessary for the Human Resources Department to set and set goals to ensure that these conditions are met.

Future professionals in the area of   human resources need the knowledge and hr-courses necessary skills in human resources to lead change in organizations, creating multidisciplinary working groups that are able to work together to achieve the overall goals of the organization under an atmosphere of harmony, companionship and confidence that strengthens the foundations of success in business strategy.

Among the various strategies that have been followed for this purpose, all affecting the culture and organizational climate, are the following:

Teamwork

Specialists have found strong evidence indicating that a company culture focused on teamwork serves as a tool for strengthening human relationships within organizations. By favoring the expression of "we" over the "I" we are, from the direction of the organization, sending a message to all employees in the sense that those elements of individuality must be put at the service of business objectives, having Of course, the constitution of a work team means assuming the responsibility of working to achieve global goals.

Motivation and incentives

Another of the great challenges in recent years has been the implementation of initiatives arising among the workers themselves to maintain the spirit of collaboration, such as the allocation of working time for the development of individual projects; wellness programs or "wellness" that aim to improve the physical and psychological conditions of each individual, both encouraging the change of eating habits or increasing the time spent on sports and fitness.

Finally, interesting initiatives have been developed that have allowed companies to improve their organizational reputation by implementing Corporate Social Responsibility policies where the role of workers also serves to set valuation guidelines that translate into improvements and incentives related to their role within the company.

Risky Business: Should Governments Be Reviewing Tech Companies' Algorithms?

There's precedent for governments obtaining trade secrets. But in the case of tech platforms and their algorithms, there could be easier ways to keep companies from hiding potentially troublesome activity.

A proposal issued in a recent report by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) called for a new government regulator—the Digital Platforms Branch—that would review Google and Facebook algorithms in order to gain better insight into their business practices and identify any potential anti-competitive behavior.
It’s a move whose implications may stretch well outside Australian borders, especially as concerns continue to be raised over biases inherent to algorithms powering AI applications. However, a regulatory review of algorithms is not without its complications, and for some, the reward of uncovering algorithms might not be large enough to offset both the leg work involved and the potentially unnecessary risk to both regulators and the tech companies they oversee.
