Brazilians return to the polls Sunday in the second round of voting in a presidential election pitting right-wing congressman Jair Bolsonaro against Fernando Haddad, a former mayor of São Paulo who was handpicked by jailed former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to represent the left-wing Workers’ Party. Mr. Bolsonaro, whose chances have benefited from corruption scandals that engulfed the Workers’ Party, is heavily favored to win, with some polls showing support higher than 60% for the former army captain.
