Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv has appointed judicial debates in the case on charges of former Ukrainian President Viktor #Yanukovych with high treason on July 30 and July 31.
"The court has determined the final date of the judicial debate - this is July 30 and July 31, 2018. If we do not have enough time to debate over these days, the reserve date is August 1. If you [lawyers] do not turn up, the court on July 30 will clarify to Viktor Yanukovych that if you fail to appear, the court will raise the issue of bringing a lawyer from the secondary legal aid center," presiding judge Vladyslav Deviatko said, finishing a meeting on Wednesday.
