Parliament adopts reform plan of over 180 new laws

Ukraine's lawmakers have adopted a resolution to approve the plan of legislative support of reforms in Ukraine.
256 MPs voted for adoption of the resolution.
As Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman noted, the plan systematizes the subsequent legislative work of the Parliament and consists of seven sections, which include 182 new laws and more than 300 changes to various regulatory documents necessary for reform.
According to Hroisman, the plan is based on the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, the Sustainable Development Strategy 2020, the extraordinary address of the President to the coalition council in 2014, the program of the Cabinet of Ministers and other international instruments.
The speaker noted that MPs would hear a monthly report on the plan implementation, which could also be monitored online.
