NATO countries never recognize illegal annexation of Crimea

NATO countries have stopped all practical cooperation with Russia and will never recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this in an interview with Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta.
"We do not recognize and will never recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea. We say this again and again. Yes, we insist on the unquestioning implementation of the Minsk agreements to resolve the crisis in the east of Ukraine, but it does not mean that we are ready to accept the annexation of Crimea," he stressed.
The Secretary General said that the Alliance stopped all practical cooperation with Russia, leaving the channels for political dialogue, as any cooperation was based on trust, and at least minimal compliance with the rules, in particular respect for the borders of neighboring countries.
"Russia has a choice. It can continue the current course of confrontation, and then practical cooperation between us will be still frozen and the economic sanctions will be maintained, or it can change its policy and choose cooperation," Stoltenberg said.
